Tocak App User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, and using the Tocak app, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this User Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Use of the App

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Tocak app.
• You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the app.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content, features, and functionality of the app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Tocak and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5. User Content

• By submitting content to the app, you grant Tocak a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content.
• You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

6. Privacy Policy

• Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the app at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this agreement or is harmful to other users of the app, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Tocak will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the app; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

9. Changes to the Agreement

• We may modify this User Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new agreement on this page. You are advised to review this User Agreement periodically for any changes. Changes to this User Agreement are effective when they are posted on this page.

10. Governing Law

• This agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of local, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
